Refund & Exchange Policy
At Kaizen, we take pride in delivering high-quality products to our community. Due to our current operational limitations, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for international orders.
For domestic orders, all sales are final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we will review refund or exchange requests on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for consideration:
- Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Refunds or exchanges will only be granted in cases of defective or incorrect items.
